A public performance with interwoven live Mental Health data, explored through contemporary dance and generative sound. The term contact, deriving from the latin con- and -tangere, "together with touch”, gained significant urgency since the Covid Pandemic in 2020. While physical contact (touch) was being radically restricted, visual artist Lena Heubusch (@lenaheubusch) invites performer and mental health specialist Avril Unger(@thestormfactory), sound engineer Nikhil Nagaraj(@nik.nagaraj) and creative coder Gaurav Singh(@mathscapes) to converse at the intersection of their practices. Heubusch poses questions such as: How do we experience a 'being body' through the lens of the digital realm?
